Welcome to Greater Baltimore Medical Center's Comprehensive Obesity Management Program. Our program is located in Towson, Maryland, and is part of the Bariatric Surgery service. We are a patient-focused center for individuals considering weight loss surgery. Our program is an American Society for Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence, a designation that recognizes obesity treatment programs that are comprehensive in nature and demonstrate a track record of positive outcomes in bariatric surgery. Our program offers surgical approaches to weight loss, with the three most common surgical procedures being Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy and adjustable gastric banding (LAP-BAND® or REALIZE® Band).
