The meetings will be held the third Wednesday of the month from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in Conference Center, Room A as follows:
- October 15
- November 12 This meeting will be held in Suite 125 of the North Pavilion in the physicians offices.
- December 10 - Holiday Party (exception: from 6:00 to 7:00 PM)

Dr. Jeffrey E. Schreiber, plastic surgeon, will offer an informational presentation about his practice and surgical services . Dr. Schreiber will present on November 5th at the Band Support Group from 7:00 to 7:30 PM and on December 10th at the Bypass Support Group from 6:00 to 6:30 PM, prior to the start of the evening support session.
The meetings will be held the second Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30 PM in the waiting room of the Bariatrics Office Suite in Physician Pavilion North, Room 125:

- December 10 - Holiday Party (exception: location is the Conference Center, Room A from 6:00 to 7:00 PM)
