Please be sure to bring the following to your first appointment:
- Referral from your Primary Care Physician
- Insurance card(s)
- Pre-authorization if required by insurance
- Radiographic studies (CT, MRI, etc...)
- Pathology slides and reports
Most insurance companies will pay for at least a portion of your treatment. However, if your insurance claim is rejected, you will be responsible for the balance. We accept cash, check, Visa/MasterCard and offer a variety of payment plans.
If you have an urgent problem associated with your treatment, such as fever, vomiting or other serious symptoms, please call our office immediately at 443-849-3051 and choose option 3 for instructions. If our office is closed, you'll be referred to our answering service, which will promptly contact the oncologist on call. In case of a true emergency, please seek immediate emergency treatment by calling 911.
