Visiting hours in postpartum are 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Four visitors, plus the significant other are allowed in the room. No children under 12 are permitted, except siblings of the newborn.
Children are not permitted in the hallway alone, and must stay in the patient's room while visiting. Children must not have cold symptoms or illness and may not stay overnight.
GBMC will supply you with all clothing and personal hygiene items that you will need during your stay. If you wish to have personal clothing, pillows and other items, it is best to wait to have your significant other bring those items until after you are settled in your post partum room.
