Become a Patient

Prior to making your first appointment, new patients must attend a mandatory Information Session led by one of our Bariatric surgeons and Nurse Practitioner. Our sessions are FREE and are designed to inform interested patients about the surgical options offered through the Comprehensive Obesity Management Program. These sessions will also allow attendees to engage in a question/answer with one of our providers, as well as to address questions directly to patients that are currently in the Program and have had their surgery already.

Sessions are held two Wednesdays per month from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the Civiletti Conference Center located in the East Pavilion on the GBMC campus, 6701 N. Charles Street, Towson, MD 21204.

We also offer one Saturday morning session each month, from 10:30am-12:00pm.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the information session so that we can check you in as well as provide you with some other helpful resource information about our program.

REMINDER: Wednesday evening Information Sessions run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday Information Sessions run from 10:30a.m.-12:00pm. Information Sessions are held in the Civiletti Conference Center on the ground level of Physicians Pavilion East. There is a parking garage connected to this building. We do not validate parking for these information session.
