Become a Patient
Prior to making your first appointment, new patients must attend a mandatory Information Session led by one of our Bariatric surgeons and Nurse Practitioner. Our sessions are FREE and are designed to inform interested patients about the surgical options offered through the Comprehensive Obesity Management Program. These sessions will also allow attendees to engage in a question/answer with one of our providers, as well as to address questions directly to patients that are currently in the Program and have had their surgery already.

Please Note: As we continue to strive to meet the needs of our prospective patients, we will be increasing our information session frequency during the next few months. Please continue to check this page for the new updates, or do not hesitate to contact our office directly and one of our staff will be able to inform you of any new sessions that have been added.

How to Register
Register online by completing the form below or call us at 443-849-8446 to register over the phone for one of the free Information Sessions.
We ask that all attendees pre-register for the information session of their choice.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the information session so that we can check you in as well as provide you with some other helpful resource information about our program.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, we follow the Baltimore County Public School Closings. If the Baltimore County Public Schools are closed, then our evening Information Sessions are cancelled.

REMINDER: Wednesday evening Information Sessions run from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Saturday Information Sessions run from 10:30a.m.-12:00pm. Information Sessions are held at GBMC, 6701 North Charles Street, Baltimore, MD, 21204, in the Civiletti Conference Center which is located on the ground level of Physicians Pavilion East. The IRIS parking garage connected to the Physicians Pavilion East building. Sorry, but we are unable to validate parking for these information sessions.
