IRBNet is a web-based tool that helps researchers and administrative offices better manage research project submission, modification and tracking processes. IRBNet also allows you to have access to your research projects from any computer anywhere in the world, provided you have internet access.
IRBNet maintains a resources page with training videos and PDF documents that will walk you through the registration process, creating and submitting a new project, and post-submission tools.
Go to http://irbnetresources.org. Click “Resources” in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Log on with the user name of “gbmc” and password of “training” (use lower case and do not type in the quotation marks).
You will find the following IRBNet training tools:
The New User Registration Energizer (PDF)
Click here to download the New User Registration PDF
R1: New Project Submission (9 minute video and PDF)
Click here to download the New Project Submission PDF
R2: Post-Submission Advanced Topics (7 minute video and PDF)

You are encouraged to refer to these resources as a starting point; however, if you prefer a more personalized, face-to-face instructional format, please contact the IRB Office staff to schedule a training time.
