The Otolaryngology Center of Excellence support staff includes a practice manager, two medical secretaries, registered nurses, a medical surgical technician and patient service representative. The Division of Audiology also has a full support staff. Staff is available to assist you before, during and after your visit.

Dr. Kaplan was born and raised in Boston, Mass., attending Cornell University for his undergraduate education. He attended the University of Virginia School of Medicine, remaining at UVA to complete his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He served as Chief Resident before joining Ear, Nose and Throat Associates. Dr. Kaplan's past research interests have included hearing loss, chronic sinusitis and facial reconstruction. He currently practices the full scope of ENT, with particular interest in pediatrics, otology and sinus disease. Dr. Kaplan is board-certified in Otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Capone is board-certified in otolaryngology and plastic & reconstructive surgery. he received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. he completed his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and his fellowship at the University of California-Davis.

Dr. Dubin is co-director of the Minimally Invasive Pituitary and Skull Base Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Dubin completed a fellowship in Rhinology and Sinus Surgery at the Georgia Nasal and Sinus Institute. He is board-certified in otolaryngology, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Otolaryngology, and the American Rhinologic Society. He has advanced training in endoscopic and minimally invasive surgical techniques, and has a special clinical interest in complex sinus and nasal diseases.

Dr. London is board-certified in otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia and completed his residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Judy moved from Tennessee to Baltimore in 1994. Though she loves living in Baltimore, she remains a die-hard Titans fan. She has worked in the medical field for 13 years, with experience in Primary Care, Plastics, and Otolaryngology. Judy has expertise in medical management, credentialing, billing, medical records, surgical coordinating, transcription, and referrals. She has worked with Dr. Brian Kaplan for over 8 years, and also serves as his Executive Assistant.

Marybeth is a graduate of St. Joseph's School of Nursing and received her B.S.N. from Towson University. She is actively involved in the Society of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Inc. on both the national and local levels.

Kimberly Bank received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, her Master of Arts degree from Hofstra University, and her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University. She completed her Clinical Fellowship Year at Towson University. Dr. Bank holds memberships in several national professional associations. She has been employed at the GBMC Otolaryngology Center of Excellence: Audiology Division since 1992 and became the department's Senior Audiologist in 2004. At GBMC, Dr. Bank has facilitated a monthly tinnitus support group and implemented the hospital's universal hearing screening program. Dr. Bank has lectured and presented on Audiology topics including hearing loss, newborn hearing screening and amplification systems throughout the community and at local professional seminars. Dr. Bank's special interests include pediatric amplification and advanced hearing aid systems.
Senior Cochlear Implant Audiologist
Dr. Presley received her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees from Towson State University and her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University. She completed her Clinical Fellowship Year at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Dr. Presley holds memberships in numerous state and national professional associations. She has co-authored a chapter regarding children with hearing impairments in Healthy Beginnings. She has directed audiological services for the Infants and Toddlers Program in Anne Arundel County and the Comprehensive Hearing Center, a division of Ear, Nose & Throat Associates. Dr. Presley has lectured and presented on Audiology topics, including hearing screening for infants, central auditory processing disorders and cochlear implant technology on a local and national level.
