Dr. Neri M. Cohen is board certified in both Cardiothoracic Surgery as well as General Surgery. He is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Cohen graduated from the University of Maryland in 1988 with a medical degree and a PhD in Physiology. After completing his residency and a fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University, he continued his training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He moved back to Maryland in 2003.
