Nursing supports the organization's mission of health, healing, and hope by providing nursing care and service of the highest quality to each patient. This is exemplified in the strength of the nursing care delivery team consisting of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing support technicians, and unit secretaries.
At GBMC nursing supports the VISION to be the preferred medical center in Maryland. This is accomplished by clinical education and research with the guiding principle that "the patient always comes first."
