bio  Dr. Donegan understands that caring for a patient with cancer involves much more than simply treating the disease. The consideration of emotional, spiritual and quality of life issues are of paramount importance in caring for the "whole" patient. Evidence-based and patient-involved decision making are also central elements of his practice philosophy. He treats patients with all types of cancer and blood disorders and has a particular interest in breast cancer and hematologic malignancies. Dr. Donegan lives in Towson with his family, including two teenage twin daughters and his teenage son. He enjoys sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, traveling and trivia.
