The Center for Frontline Leaders is a comprehensive leadership development program designed especially for nurses who are involved in direct patient care. Based on specific criteria a group of clinical bedside nurses have the opportunity to work to enhance critical leadership skills. These include improving nursing practice by focusing on enhanced critical thinking and problem solving, communication, delegation, mentoring, and other essential skills.
