Credit reports are mailed to GBMC physicians in February/March of each year. This report contains a listing of attendance at all Category 1 programs sponsored by GBMC that submit a sign-in sheet. When attending a program at GBMC, please sign-in legibly and indicate your GBMC ID Code.
If you would like to receive a copy of your CME Attendance Report please contact the CME Office at 443-849-3670 or email cmorriss@gbmc.org
When requesting a report please give your name and the dates you would like the report to cover. Also, include your phone number and either fax number or mailing address.
If you attended a GBMC CME Program and would like to request a copy of the certificate to be mailed or faxed to you, please contact the CME Office at 443-849-3670 or email cmorriss@gbmc.org
