Kristen Cauley - Senior Medical Secretary

Kristen serves as the medical secretary for the Palliative Medicine Program. She is the first line of telephone communication for new consult requests. In addition, Kristen provides back up support to Lisa Rhodes and Sarah Gould, medical secretaries for the Greater Geriatrics Group. Kristen also does physician charge entry and reporting.

Sarah Gould - Senior Medical Secretary

Sarah serves as a medical secretary for the GBMC Greater Geriatric Physician Group. She assists in patient registration, check in, check out, and appointment scheduling. Sarah serves as one of the first lines of telephone communications for calls coming into the practice. Sarah also transcribes office dictations for clinicians within the group.

Deborah Kelly - Medical Assistant

Debbie is the medical assistant for the GBMC Greater Geriatric Physician Group.  She assists physicians in providing direct patient care and evaluation of patients.  Debbie also calls the patients with laboratory and diagnostic test results.
