Understanding Grief Workshop
Grief is an ongoing process.  This 60-minute session will help you to understand the long lasting feelings and what to expect after a loved one dies.

"Shifting Sands":  Explore Your Grief Through Color and Sand
When someone we love dies, we may have difficulty accepting the loss and expressing our feelings.  This workshop is a creative outlet to explore positive ways to express the many emotions of grief.

"You Say Tomato, I Say Tomahto":  Differences in How Men & Women Grieve
While men and women are created equal, we may sometimes feel that we are talking to an alien when it comes to matters of feelings and emotions.  This workshop will help us understand the differences in how men and women work through grief.

"You Can Talk To Me About Anything":  Helping Your Children Cope with Loss.
This workshop will explore why it is helpful to children and their caregivers to talk about the loss that has occurred in the family.  We will also discuss how to talk to children according to their age and developmental stage.

Grief Workshop: Coping With the Holidays
Holiday workshops are offered to people who feel they need extra support in preparing for and coping with the holidays.  Holidays can be very emotional and overwhelming when one is experiencing grief.  The workshop provides helpful information and suggestions to help in planning for these significant days.
