Our goal is to help all of our patients and families live as healthy a life as possible after a cancer diagnosis. We offer a Patient Resource Guide to organize all of the health care information you will receive or need during your cancer journey, including patient education materials, treatments, medications, pain management, test results logs and support resource listings.
We also invite you and your family to contact our Support Services Center at 443-849-2961 to learn more about the comprehensive support services we offer. Learning that you or someone you love has cancer can be overwhelming. GBMC's Cancer Care Coordinator and Patient Resource Navigator are here to assist you in getting the services and help you need. Call the Cancer Care Coordinator at 443-849-2921 or the Patient Resource Navigator at 443-849-2961 to set up a meeting. They will do everything they can to make sure that you get the care and services you need. |
