American Cancer Society  The American Cancer Society's web site is an important extension of the Society's mission to provide lifesaving information to the public.  The user-friendly site includes an interactive cancer resource center containing in-depth information on every major cancer type.  Through the resource center, visitors can order American Cancer Society publications, gain access to recent news articles, and find additional online and print resources.  Other useful sections on the web site include a directory of medical resources, links to other sites organized by cancer type or topic, resources for media representatives, and information on the Society's research grants program, advocacy efforts, and special events. 

OncoLink    OncoLink was founded in 1994 by Penn cancer specialists with a mission to ehlp cancer patients, families, health care professionals and the general public get accurate cancer-related information at no charge.  You can get comprehensive information about specific types of cancer, updates on cancer treatments and news about research advances.

National Cancer Institute  Here you will find valuable cancer-related health information and to find out more about the exciting work being conducted by NCI-supported scientists throughout the country.  For the general public and health professionals, we offer consumer-oriented information on a wide range of topics as well as comprehensive descriptions of our research programs.

Association of Cancer Online Resources   ACOR is a collection of online communities designed to provide timely and accurate information in a supportive environment.   

New York Online Access to Health-Breast Cancer    NOAH provides access to high quality consumer health information in English and Spanish.  Librarians and health professionals find, select and organize full-text consumer health information that is current, relevant, accurate and umbiased.
