AAO-HNS  (Thyroid Disease)  The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Foundation works to advance the art, science and ethical practice of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery through education, research and lifelong learning.

Alzheimer's Association  For more than 20 years the Alzheimer's Association has provided reliable information, created supportive programs and services for families.  Caregivers and family members will find useful information at this site.

American Diabetes Association  The American Diabetes Association funds research, publishes scientific findings, provides information and other services to people with diabetes, their families, health care professionals and the public.  The Association is also actively involved in advocating scientific research and for the rights of people with diabetes.

American Stroke Association  The American Stroke Association is the division of the American Heart Association that's solely focused on reducing disability and death from stroke through research, education, fund-raising and advocacy.

Arthritis Foundation  The Arthritis Foundation is the only national not-for-profit organization that supports the more than 100 types of arthritis related conditions with advocacy, programs, services and research.
CDC:  Chronic Fatigue Syndrome  This web site offers information about chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and its diagnosis and treatment.

Endometriosis Association  The Endometriosis Association is a non-profit, self-help organization founded by women for women.  It is dedicated to providing information and support to women and girls with endometriosis, educating the public as well as the medical community.   

Genetics Home Reference   GHR is the National Library of Medicine's web site for consumer information about genetic conditions and the genes or chromosomes responsible for those conditions.

National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse (Crohn's Disease)  NDDIC is a service of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.  Established in 1980, the clearinghouse provides information about digestive diseases to people with digestive disorders and to their families, health care professionals and the public.
