The Division of Hematology provides consultative services, diagnostic services and related procedures for inpatients and outpatients. A centerpiece of the program is the Lois Harvey Miller Infusion Therapy Center, which provides infusion services for oncology patients, blood transfusions as well as iron and clotting factor infusions for a range of blood disorders. Working closely with physicians throughout the medical center, hematologists can provide or arrange specialized services such as bone marrow examination, plasma exchange or other specialized testing.
