The School of Radiography is a 23 continuous month certificate program. It is accredited by the Chicago-based Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology and approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission. The curriculum provides instruction in: - Anatomy and Physiology

- Medical Terminology
- Processing
- Radiation Protection
- Radiographic Positioning
- Image Production & Evaluation
- Radiographic Film Evaluation
- Patient Care and other related courses.
Since clinical experience is a vital and integral part of the educational process, the student participates in a Clinical Competency Testing program. To enhance the students clinical education, the student will be required to travel to other facilities to observe radiographic examinations that are infrequently performed at GBMC.
