Winner need not be present to win; Cash prize in lieu of car, $30,000.        
Proceeds benefit the Nursing projects at GBMC.

• A maximum of 1,200 tickets will be sold.  Odds of winning will be available and depend upon final number of tickets sold.
• A New Mercedes-Benz ML350 and SLK280 available at Valley Motors, Inc. Cockeysville, Maryland.
• If fewer than 500 tickets are sold, GBMC Foundation, Inc. reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute one-half of the gross sales revenue from the tickets sold as of the time of the drawing as the prize in lieu of the automobile.
• Cash prize in lieu of taking possession of the car will be $30,000.  Winner may substitute or trade the automobile with the agreement of Valley Motors, Inc.  Such a trade or substitution is within the absolute discretion of the winner and Valley Motors, Inc., and is an independent contract between the winner and Valley Motors, Inc.  GBMC HealthCare, Inc., Land Preservation Trust, Shawan Downs, or their subsidiaries and affiliates are not party to any trade or substitution agreement between the winner and Valley Motors, Inc.
• Ticket purchaser and winner must be at least 21 years old.
• Winner is responsible for ALL taxes – including sales and income taxes, as well as 25% withholding tax.
• Ticket holder need NOT be present to win.

• Amount paid for raffle chances do NOT qualify as a charitable gift under federal tax law.
