Elizabeth Loeb, MD... has been practicing in the area since 1995.  A graduate of the Medical College of Pennsylvania, she completed her residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital & Sinai Hospital.  She is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Rebecca Mancoll, MD... is the most recent physician to join our group.  She has been practicing in the area since 2004.  A graduate of Jefferson Medical College, she completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh.  She is board certified in Internal Medicine. 

Scott Rifkin, MD... a graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine, has been practicing in Maryland since 1985.  He completed his residency at Union Memorial Hospital and is board certified in Internal Medicine. 

Elena Volkov, PAC... who speaks fluent Russian, has been practicing since 1983.  In 2001 she moved from Russia to Maryland where she completed the Physician’s Assistant Program at Essex Community College.
