Welcome to myPatients, GBMC’s secure physician portal, also known as eHX.
myPatients provides a valuable resource for members of the GBMC Medical Staff. It not only can help you connect with other members of the GBMC community, but it combines information sources, previously available in separate programs, into one convenient location. By pulling together patient medical data from both eClinicalWorks and Meditech, myPatients puts more information right at your fingertips, helping you make more informed patient decisions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I log on to the myPatients physician portal?

If you are a non-GBMA physician, enter your dictation number and the temporary password, Password1.
After your first login, you will be prompted to change your password. For maximum security, your new password should be a combination of letters and numbers with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number. Please note that special characters cannot be used in the creation of passwords.

Why is my patient's name not showing up in my search results?
The patient might have opted out of sharing their personal health information on the myPatients physician portal. Feel free to educate your patients on the usefulness of the portal, as they can always choose to participate in the future.
