Is an appointment necessary?
Appointments are encouraged, however walk-in patients can be seen as time permits.

What are the office hours?
Patients are normally seen between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What insurance plans are accepted?
The Ophthalmology Department participates in most major medical insurance plans.  When calling for an appointment, ask if your plan is included and if a referral is needed.

Do I need to bring money?
If your plan requires a co-pay, it needs to be paid on the day of the visit.  Persons who self-pay should plan for payment by calling ahead for the correct amount.
