James H. Kelly, MD, FACS
Chairman, Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and the Division of Audiology at GBMC

Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina and completed his residency at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary at the Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Kelly is also an Associate Professor in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and in Neurology at The Johns Hopkins Medical  Institutions.
