The practice's capabilities include: - Diagnosing and treating hearing deficits and sinusitis
- Inserting PE tubes
- Performing tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies and videostroboscopy
- Somnoplasty for snoring
- Major head and neck procedures, including cancer treatment
These procedures are performed under the direction of Dr. Kelly. For cases which require special hearing evaluation and assessment, patients are seen by certified audiologists from GBMC's Division of Audiology. The Division provides complete hearing health care services to infants, children and adults and has access to medical support staff who have advanced training in the treatment of patients with hearing deficits and disorders. - Comprehensive hearing evaluations for all ages
- Immittance testing - to assess the outer/middle ear status
- Infant Hearing Screening
- Otoacoustic Emission Testing
- Site-of-lesion testing - for differential diagnostic information
- Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry - to detect hearing loss in patients difficult to test and/or otoneurologic assessment. GBMC can accomodate patients who require sedation.
- Infrared/Videonystagmography - (VNG) for patients with dizziness or balance disorders
- Tinnitus Analysis for patients with "ringing" in the ears - to diagnose the condition and implement measures to control or minimize its effect
- Hearing Aid Evaluations - to assess need and give guidance on selection and fit.
- Hearing aid dispensing and orientation
- Assistive listening devices - dispensing and orientation. (Television devices, telephone amplifiers, alarm clocks, etc.)
- Facial Plastic Surgery Clinic
- Head and Neck Surgery Clinic
- Head & Neck Rehab Center
- Tinnitus Support Group
- Vestibular Testing
- Treatment of Snoring related to airway obstructions
- Patient Education Services:
Community Education Program for school aged children covering topics such as adverse effects of tobacco products and noise-induced hearing loss.
