James H. Kelly, MD, FACS, is the Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and the Division of Audiology at GBMC. Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina and completed his residency at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary at the Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kelly is also an Associate Professor in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and in Neurology at The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions.
James H. Kelly, MD, Chairman, oversees the daily operations of the Head and Neck Surgery department. The Division of Audiology is staffed by four licensed audiologists. In addition, 24-hour coverage is provided by a residency rotation program at GBMC. After hours, physicians can be reached by calling 443-849-2000 and asking for the ENT resident on call.
GBMC's Otolaryngology Clinic is open three days a week and patients are seen by appointment by residents and attending physicians staff the clinic.
Dr. Kelly's support staff includes an Administrative Assistant, Medical Secretary, Registered Nurse, Technician and Patient Service Representative. The Division of Audiology also has a full support staff. Staff is available to assist you before, during and after your visit.
Dr. Kelly and the Division of Audiology accept most major insurance carriers and particiapte in numerous specialty referral networks. Please call your provider for questions about billing and insurance coverage.
