GBMC offers an extensive full-service menu in the Dining Room

The Dining Room is open daily to visitors. Menu items include grilled sandwiches, a large salad bar, home-cooked meals, daily specials and quick pick items. The following is a listing of Dining Room hours.

Hours of Operation

• Full Breakfast: 6:30-10 a.m.

• Continental Breakfast: 10-10:30 a.m.

• Closed: 10:30-11 a.m.

• Lunch: 11 a.m.-2 .p.m.

• Grill: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.

• Dinner: 4:30-6:30 p.m.

• Limited Menu:  6:30-9 p.m.
