Reporting a Compliment, Concern or Complaint 


If you or your family have any concerns regarding your care, safety in the hospital, or feel that any of your rights have not been respected, you or they should bring these concerns to the attention of your physician, nurse, the manager of the unit or department where you are receiving care or the hospital's management. If your concerns are not resolved, you or your family may also contact:
