Dale Buchbinder, MD

Dr. Dale Buchbinder

Dr. Dale Buchbinder is the Chairman of the Department of Surgery at GBMC, Medical Director-Inpatient Surgical Services, Medical Director of the GBMC Wound Care Center, Co-Director of the Greater Baltimore Vascular Laboratory and Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Buchbinder attended Trinity College in Connecticut, received a Master of Science Degree in Anatomy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and received his M.D. from the Chicago Medical School.  From there, he went to the Albany Medical College where he completed a Residency in General Surgery and a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery.  Dr. Buchbinder is Board Certified and Recertified in General and Vascular Surgery. 

Dr. Buchbinder has been elected to several surgical societies including the American College of Surgeons, The International Cardiovascular Surgical Society and the Society for Vascular Surgery.  Locally, his is the President of the Baltimore Academy of Surgery and is on the Executive Council of the Maryland Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. 

Dr. Buchbinder has been involved in vascular surgical research for the past twenty years.  He has authored or co-authored seventy publications in the area of vascular surgery and is recognized as an expert in the field of lower extremity arterial reconstruction as well as the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease.  He has also given several hundred presentations across the country on the areas of vascular surgery.

Peter Golueke, MD

Peter Golueke, MDDr. Peter Golueke is a Vascular Surgeon at GBMC, Board Certified in General Surgery and General Vascular Surgery.  He is also Recertified in General Surgery and General Vascular Surgery.  He received his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed a Fellowship in Peripheral Vascular Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center. 

Dr. Golueke is currently an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and is the Co-Director, Cardiovascular Institute at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. 

Dr. Golueke maintains memberships in various professional societies including:  American College of Surgeons, Chesapeake Vascular Society, Baltimore County Medical Society and American Association of Vascular Surgery.  He has also given numerous national presentations and contributed to medical publications. 

David Coll, MD

David Coll, MDDr. David Coll is a Vascular Surgeon at GBMC, Board Certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.  He received his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine.  Dr. Coll completed his Residency at Union Memorial Hospital of Baltimore and a Fellowship at Allegheny University Hospital. 

Dr. Coll has contributed to numerous medical publications and presentations at international conferences.  

Mark Gonze, MD

Mark Gonze, MDDr. Mark Gonze is a Vascular Surgeon at GBMC, Board Certified in General Surgery.  He received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University.  Dr. Gonze completed his General Surgery Residency at Allegheny General Hospital and a Fellowship at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation.

Dr. Gonze has participated in several regional and national presentations as well as contributing to numerous medical publications. 

Wayne Reichman, MD

Wayne Reichman, MDDr. Wayne Reichman is a Vascular Surgeon at GBMC, Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.  He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia.  Dr. Reichman completed his Residency at Brown University and a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia. 

Dr. Reichman is actively involved in many professional societies including:  International Society of Endovascular Specialists, Chesapeake Vascular Society, Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society, Maryland Medical Society, Baltimore County Medical Society and American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Reichman has participated in various presentations and has contributed to many medical publications. 

Roger Schneider, MD

Roger Schneider, MDDr. Roger Schneider is a Vascular Surgeon at GBMC, Board Certified in General Surgery.  He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University.  Dr. Schneider completed his Residency and Fellowship in Vascular and General Surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. 

Dr. Schneider is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Baltimore Academy of Surgery, Johns Hopkins Medical and Surgical Association and the Chesapeake Vascular Society.  He has contributed to numerous medical publications and is an active member of the Board of Directors for several local hospitals.  

Rajesh Raikar, MD

Dr. Rajesh Raikar is a Vascular Surgeon, Board Certified in General Surgery and Re-Certified in General Surgery.  He received his medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical College, King Edward Memorial Hospital, Bombay, India. 

Dr. Raikar completed a residency program at Union Memorial Hospital, as well as a Fellowship for Vascular Surgery at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.  He is affiliated with the American Medical Association, Baltimore County Medical Association and a Candidate for Fellowship in Process. 

Peter Mackrell, MD

Peter Mackrell, MDDr. Peter Mackrell is a Vascular Surgeon at GBMC.  He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washinton, DC.  Dr. Mackrell has completed a residency program in General Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital, as well as a fellowship in Peripheral Vascular Surgery at Greenville Memorial Hospital, Greenville, SC.

Dr. Mackrell is a candidate member of the Peripheral Vascular Surgical Society and has served on various committees during his medical education.  He is actively involved in clinical trials as well as contributing to professional book chapters, manuscripts, abstracts and presentations.
