Here's a list of items that are not acceptable as donations:

- Phonograph records (all speeds)
- Large Venetian or other window blinds over 4 feet in length
- Large, heavy or upholstered furniture
- Large appliances
- Console TVs or stereos
- Large manual typewriters
- Broken furniture and toys
- Textbooks
- Encyclopedias
- National Geographic   magazines
- Reader's Digest   condensed books
- Water stained, mildewed or coverless books
- Clothing that is soiled, stained, ripped or pilled
- Non-working or dirty small appliances or gadgets
- Computers older than a Pentium I
- Canning jars
- Shoulder pads
- Fast-food drink cups
- Tires
- Playpens
- Baby or toddler car seats
- Crutches
