Greater Volunteer Positions
Because GBMC has such a large number of programs and services, our volunteers are able to choose from a wide variety of opportunities. We believe that it is important to match volunteers with work which will make them feel happy and fulfilled. To ensure that they have a positive experience, our volunteers are given as much responsibility as they want, and as much training as they need.
Volunteer applicants can opt for direct patient involvement or partial to non-patient contact assignments, depending on individual preference and capabilities. In each case, all positions require our volunteers to be service-oriented and possess a genuine desire to help others. No matter what role you serve, GBMC and its patients benefit from the talents, skills, and abilities of our volunteers.
