Dr. Whitehead was fantastic and listened to my concerns, especially after a bad experience with another provider.
Dr. Whitehead was kind. I appreciated her detailed explanations of next steps to treat my condition.
Dr. showed knowledge and made upcoming procedure easy
She looked at her computer screen through our ENTIRE conversation; never made eye contact. Didn't seem at all empathetic to the issues I was having. When I left she said "it was nice to meet you today." She had done my colonoscopy less than a week prior.
Dr. Whitehead wasvery attentive and knowledgeable.
She was super amazing with helping me figure out what's wrong.
1st appt. came highly recommended -
Always caring & there for me.
Already have recommended her!
It was refreshing to find a physician who was genuinely interested in me as a person, not just another patient.
Dr Whitehead was great. She apologized for running late. She explained my test results and advised what to do. She sent over prescriptions and explained and rescheduled a follow up appt
Dr. Whitehead is excellent. Very thorough & compassionate I'm so glad I found her.
Dr. Whitehead is lovely. She makes me feel comfortable. She answers questions and takes time during exam. She has an easy communication style. I feel like she is truly concerned for my well being.
Dr. Whitehead was thorough and friendly.
Very easy to reach Dr. Whitehead via the My Portal. She responds quickly to my concerns
Dr. whitehead has an excellent bedside manner, making the patient feel at ease, cared for, and important. There is no silly question, there are facts and issues made understandable, and there are alternatives discussed and weighed together.
This is my first visit with Dr. Whitehead, which started on the wrong foot with her challenging my asking for this appointment in the first place, apparently challenging my wish to see someone other than the nurse practitioner. Her tone was impatient, which was rich, considering I waited three months from the time I felt like I urgently needed medical attention.
Dr. Whitehead is outstanding I am very thankful for her care.
Very good.
First time seeing Dr. Whitehead - She was very nice and I did not feel rushed or hurried along as if she was anxious to be with the next patient.
