Very good. [...]
Always attentive and actually caring.
I felt that she(Dr. Diane Thomas) was quite professional and concerned about my issues. She explained everything in a clear and concise manner and put my anxieties at ease. Also, she made it clear how I could contact her directly and and that she was always available to address any concerns or questions.
Just a very amazing doctor!
I feel a connection and confidence with Dr. Thomas and feel that if my issues end up being outside of her expertise, she will guide me in the right direction to hopefully identify and correct any underlying problems I have.
She needs to listen to patients more & talk on our level of words not medical - we don't know medical language meds to go slow when making changes & listen to patients I told her what norte to control seizures & she didn't agree... upset... Need to take time with patient when making changes.
Very good experience.
