Provider takes time to explain, listens, never feel rushed, discusses all options, recommends all tests to adequately diagnose issues/illness. I am fully confident with his diagnosis and recommend treatment.
Dr. Bassmann answers all my questions. Explains test results, and answer is so I can understand. I never feel rushed. He takes the time to assure I understand thoroughly.
Always look forward to my visits with Dr. Bassmann.
Very understanding.
Actively listened to me! Did not rush. Was very thorough.
Best there is-
Dr. Bassmann is an excellent physician. My only problem is that he is assigned to the critical care unit 2 wks. a month making it difficult to get an appointment when needed.
the doctor was insianly nice. i made many policitly incorect and bizare statements and he went out of his way to include me and talk in a politically correct way that would not offend me. while at the same time remained professional.
