all good
Dr. Ferentz is so pleasant, shows compassion and concern. The best doctor I've ever had.
I have sent many family members and several friends to Dr. Ferentz.
Dr. Ferentz is warm, friendly, caring plus he knows medicine. He keeps me at ease no matter what condition I am asking about. He knows when he should make a referral and when he should treat.
Dr. Ferentz is the best doctor ever and I recommend all of my family and friends to him. What makes his office so great is his team w/ [...] at the front and [...] his nurse and how they all work so well together to make my experience great.
Dr Ferentz is truly amazing!! there's none better than him [...]!
Always feeling in good hands and a sense of well-being
I would definitely recommend this offfice to friends and family.

Dr. Ferentz is the best!
Dr. Ferentz is always wonderful and has the best chairside manner. I actually enjoy our visits to this office now that Dr. Ferentz has such a great team w/ Nurse [...] and receptionist [...]. Outstanding service!
Dr. Ferentz was amazing! He helped my son and me work through new provider' anxiety and made us feel as if he has been involved in our care forever. Thank you.
Dr. Ferentz is a wonderful doctor and always takes time for me that is needed.
I've already recommended him to my husband and a friend who are both looking for a new PCP.
After forty years in nursing for me to recommend a doctor as exceptional is really a push . Dr Frentz is the best doctor I could have.
I heard some really good things about this provider and had researched him so I was looking forward to my visit with him and waited over a month -- almost two for this visit to consider if I wanted to switch from my current provider to him. While I feel the provider was pleasant and very friendly and he did allow me to express myself and my concerns about my medical condition I did not appreciate the frank manner in which he spoke to me about something I shared with him. In fact, I felt a comment he made was rather rude and insensitive, and the more I have thought about it I wish I had spoken up at that time and let him know it. I was caught off guard and kind of in shock at his response so I let it go, but it didn't set a goodtone with me for the rest of the visit. He had never met me before that day and I felt he was very over familiar with me as far as how he spoke to me pertaining to certain things. Maybe that is his manner and his patients who have been with him for a time are use to it, but I was caught a bit off guard and again I wish I had addressed it. I don't think he is a bad person, but I feel tact and sensitivity in speaking with his patients he lacks.
This was a very informative experience and I am so grateful!
I love Dr. Ferentz, especially because he LISTENS.
My only hesitation in recommending Dr. Ferentz is that it's hard to get a non-emergency appointment.
The provider spent a lot of time with me on discussing my health and what we can do to help be healthier. However, it was a lot of information and a bit overwhelming. It would be nice to have the report given when I left to include how to take the new meds, as I could not exactly remember, and Rx said consult with your provider. Wrote on MyChart, and received a message back on next business day. Thanks to my provider!
