Dr. Ferentz is a wonderful doctor and always takes time for me that is needed.
I've already recommended him to my husband and a friend who are both looking for a new PCP.
After forty years in nursing for me to recommend a doctor as exceptional is really a push . Dr Frentz is the best doctor I could have.
I heard some really good things about this provider and had researched him so I was looking forward to my visit with him and waited over a month -- almost two for this visit to consider if I wanted to switch from my current provider to him. While I feel the provider was pleasant and very friendly and he did allow me to express myself and my concerns about my medical condition I did not appreciate the frank manner in which he spoke to me about something I shared with him. In fact, I felt a comment he made was rather rude and insensitive, and the more I have thought about it I wish I had spoken up at that time and let him know it. I was caught off guard and kind of in shock at his response so I let it go, but it didn't set a goodtone with me for the rest of the visit. He had never met me before that day and I felt he was very over familiar with me as far as how he spoke to me pertaining to certain things. Maybe that is his manner and his patients who have been with him for a time are use to it, but I was caught a bit off guard and again I wish I had addressed it. I don't think he is a bad person, but I feel tact and sensitivity in speaking with his patients he lacks.
This was a very informative experience and I am so grateful!
I love Dr. Ferentz, especially because he LISTENS.
My only hesitation in recommending Dr. Ferentz is that it's hard to get a non-emergency appointment.
The provider spent a lot of time with me on discussing my health and what we can do to help be healthier. However, it was a lot of information and a bit overwhelming. It would be nice to have the report given when I left to include how to take the new meds, as I could not exactly remember, and Rx said consult with your provider. Wrote on MyChart, and received a message back on next business day. Thanks to my provider!
dr. Ferentz is an outstanding personal and professional communicator.he is a " giant " in every aspect of taking excellent and decisive care of me.
Dr. Ferentz is the best doctor. With the warmest bed side manner, coming with the highest amount of knowledge on every concern I have and had. I would not switch.

Dr. Ferentz's Confidence, knowledge and interaction were so securing. I felt that I was in the hand of someone very capable of resolving my health issues. This was our first meeting and I am confident that he will help to bring me to a healthy lifestyle.
I have been seeing Dr. Ferentz for over a year now. By far the best physician I have seen. He his smart, encouraging and has my best interest in mind. He takes his time and makes sure I understand what we talked about. Two thumbs up!
I absolutely love Dr. Kevin Ferentz. He has been my MD for decades now and I don't know what I would do without him being my doctor.
I am pleased with the care and concern the doctor has provided thus far. My health has shown improvement. I appreciate the follow-up the doctor provides after the visit is over with by reminding you via the portal to get other screenings that he finds necessary to be done.
