February 16, 2018 She was great!
February 15, 2018 dr. eby was amazing, kind, thorough. she was wonderful to work with.
February 1, 2018 This time each year I get a sinus infection which gives me hives for weeks. I felt I wasn't listened to about my concern of getting hives and instead was given reasons why my theory of this connection (sinus infection and nurse) wasn't possible. I didn't appreciate the doctor ignoring my past experiences are non relevant and not possible.
October 23, 2017 Dr. Eby is wonderful and patient.
August 29, 2017 The Doctor took time to investigate all my experiences and medicines, even looking up my OTC medicine on line & examining their ingredients.
June 6, 2017 Care provider was OK. I'm not sure if it was late in the day, but she wasn't very comforting to my concerns. Nurse/assistant was MUCH better with people.
June 1, 2017 Dr. is excellent - - very thorough. Unfortunately, the office has major customer service issues - phones not answered. Messages not returned. Took six wks. just to get a referral in mail.
May 25, 2017 Misdiagnosed & also refused to help with another matter, telling me I would have to return to see Dr. [...] when she was on the schedule. Waste of time (mine)!!!
May 11, 2017 It's not her fault because I think I needed a sports med specialist, but I got the sense she was not knowledgeable about my injury/problem. Also, there was a lot of mix up about what next steps were in terms of ultrasounds, PT, etc.
April 25, 2017 Given lots of patient education information RE drugs, CDC protocols, evaluation of lungs, etc. However, no real action plan except to return in 24 hours if things got worse. I realized Dr. had not really listened or read my chart, though I had advised November 2016 episode was in the chart. I felt she wasn't really able to assess my condition. I ran a high fever over the weekend, and saw my regular PCP, Dr. [...] on Monday. By then, my bronchitis was severe. [...] I had a full week of recuperation to get better.
