Dr Shah was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything well.
Dr. Shah is truly a knowledgeable and professional physician!
The doctor was terrific. She's what a doctor should be.
Dr. Shah truly represents one of the best medical professionals I have ever encountered.
I am very pleased with the level of care I am given.
Everything went nice. I felt at ease - not afraid.
Dr. Shah is my regular ophthalmologist. At my regular annual exam we discussed cataract surgery. [...] Dr. Shah deserves the highest "grades" for all of my visits during this time period and is also an excellent surgeon.
My procedure required some positioning adjustments. Dr. Shah & team adapted very well to my specific issue. Moreover, this adaptation was performed in a manner that did not make me feel that I was creating additional work for them or that I was a problem. Great people, great manner, great job!
All went well.
I was impressed.
dr Shah is so very understanding, likable, fun and informative. The cataract surgery and follow up care couldn't have been any smoother! The staff was great as well. I will keep Dr Shah as my ophthalmologist for the rest of my life and will absolutely recommend her to everyone. thanks to the surgical team as well.
Excellent.
Dr and assistants are wonderful.
I was seen for a medical issue and was not provided any answers, just told that we are unsure why this happened but let it pass. the problem was still tehre a week later and I had to then go to my PCP who said I should have seen my eye doctor for this issue, I informed her that i had a week ago but was not given any answers. or relief. the doctor is nice but did not address my concerns the way I had hoped to relieve the problem with my eye.
Dr. Shah is totally professional and totally approachable
i was concerned with how quickly the doctor came in and left. My first or original visit was very different from this most recent visit. maybe it was the doctors day off I do not know.
Dr. Shah is excellent! Very professional and caring.
my care provider sent a prescription to my pharmacy electronically, and checked first to see that it was covered by my insurance. when I contacted the pharmacy, they had the prescription, but had electronically contacted my care provider for more information. I contacted the pharmacy again, and they still had not heard from my care provider. The pharmacy sent its request again to the care provider, this time by fax, and I also called them. I was unable to speak to my care provider, but was told by a staff member my question would be given to the doctor. I contacted the pharmacy today, and they still have no reply from the care provider. on Monday the pharmacy will contact the care provider by phone. So, my appointment was Wednesday, I have no prescription today, Saturday, and will not have one before Monday at the earliest. I am very disappointed the care provider has not responded to the pharmacy.
