Time for Me - Lecture Series at GBMC

April sessions canceled

The Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) HealthCare System exists to bring health, healing, and hope to those we serve. Every day, we work toward our vision of being the community-based system of care that provides to every patient, every time, the care we would want for our own loved ones.

Due to the ever-changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, GBMC has decided to cancel community events that cannot be held virtually. This includes the April 2020 Time for Me lecture series.

As a health system, we are making every effort to protect patients, providers, and the public and base our evaluations of the evolving COVID-19 circumstances in coordination with GBMC’s specially trained group of medical providers, administrative and patient care leaders, infection control practitioners, and other key members across the health system.

The decision to cancel the Time for Me lecture series is in line with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Maryland Department of Health (MDH) recommendations regarding COVID-19 for the safety of the event participants, staff, and the community.

At this time, there have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 at GBMC.
