GBMC is participating in Maryland's statewide health information exchange (HIE), the Chesapeake Regional Information System for Our Patients (CRISP). CRISP will enable the Maryland healthcare community to appropriately and securely share data, facilitate and integrate care, and improve outcomes.
The CRISP Patient Guide includes information about understanding the health information exchange and provides instructions on how to opt out using CRISP's opt out form. Although the HIE is in development at this time, it will eventually connect all participating Maryland health care providers.
If you would like to learn more about CRISP, please click here.
