Some Patients Unable to Access MyChart

There have been reports of patients unable to access MyChart due to a recent IT security update. This update enhances system security in line with industry standards but is not compatible with older mobile operating systems.
Impacted Users: Patients, providers, and staff using:

Android 13 or older

iOS 17.3 or older
Current Workaround for MyChart: Use the MyChart web version on a desktop by visiting:

Please note: this workaround may not work for older computer operating systems.
Users are encouraged to update their mobile operating system to the latest version recommended by the manufacturer.
