About Me
Mark Foley, OD, is an optometrist at the Eye Center at GBMC. He earned is Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and is an active member of both the Maryland and American Optometric Associations. Prior to joining GBMC, Dr. Foley served as an optometrist at MD EyeCare, which is now the GBMC Health Partners Eye Center at Joppa Road.
