Sheri Slezak, MD
Chief, Division of Plastic Surgery
Dr. Slezak is a plastic surgeon who specializes in breast reconstruction after cancer surgery, breast reduction, and breast augmentation. She practices at GBMC and at the University of Maryland Medical System where she is on the full-time faculty as an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Slezak is also a director of the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and chairs many of their committees on plastic surgery education.

Complex Microsurgical Reconstruction Now Available at GBMC
The Division of Plastic Surgery has recently established a program with surgeons from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine to provide complex microsurgical reconstruction for our patients at GBMC. These procedures include state-of-the-art free flap breast reconstruction, head and neck reconstruction, and a variety of microsurgical reconstructive procedures for general, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic and neurosurgery.
