Dr. Biuckians joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2008, and is a graduate of The George Washington University. He received a Masters of Public Health from Boston University and a Doctorate of Medicine from University of Massachusetts Medical School. His surgical residency was completed at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and he performed a vascular fellowship at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Biuckians has co-authored several publications related to the treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis, and angioplasty for lower extremity claudication. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is the director of the vascular lab at VSA and the division chief of vascular surgery at UMSTJ.
