About Me
Dr. Feuerstein is an internal medicine physician with over ten years of experience. He is board-certified in both internal medicine and obesity medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Stony Brook University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Following his training, Dr. Feuerstein served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Denver Health and later worked as a hospitalist at Sutter Health in Sacramento, California. He joined the GBMC Department of Medicine in 2023.
Dr. Feuerstein is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. He is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine and the American College of Physicians.
Outside of the hospital, he enjoys traveling, studying new languages, tending to his garden, and running.
He is the recipient of the 2025 GBMC Cohen Director Research Award.
