About Me
Kristen Phiri, MD, is a family medicine physician at GBMC Health Partners Primary Care — Family Care Associates. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Phiri has a special interest in behavioral medicine and spent dedicated time during medical school studying social factors contributing to postpartum depression. She completed her Family Medicine residency program at Williamsport Hospital/UPMC Susquehanna Health. Prior to accepting her position at GBMC, Dr. Phiri worked in a high acuity urgent care clinic in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania.
