About Me
Dr. Kulik is a board-certified physician at GBMC Health Partners Orthopaedics. He is fellowship trained in orthopaedic surgery with a specialty in foot and ankle surgery. After earning his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in Louisiana, Dr. Kulik completed his orthopaedic residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center and a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at University of Texas, Houston, School of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Prior to his hire at GBMC, Dr. Kulik was an orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon with Johns Hopkins and MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital.
Dr. Kulik sees patients at GBMC's main campus and at GBMC Health Partners - Padonia.
