Supporting my team in their everyday work and making things easier for them.
What is one key way you support a zero harm/safety culture?
I encourage my team to consistently use gait belts and to openly communicate any potential safety issues they encounter during their day.
What is one fun fact about you?
I can most often be found outside—riding a horse, biking, or working in my yard.
