UPDATE 11/18/25

We want to inform you about important changes to our telehealth services under Medicare. Our last communication referred to September 30, 2025 as the date when Medicare would stop covering telehealth visits. The government has now changed that date to January 30, 2026.

What's Happening?

The federal government has now extended telehealth flexibilities for Medicare patients to ensure broader access to care, including video visits, until January 30, 2026. After this date, the availability of these services might change or stop unless Congress takes action to extend them.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • Until January 30, 2026: You can continue to have appointments with your healthcare providers through telehealth under Medicare coverage.
  • After January 30, 2026: Unless the government extends these flexibilities, Medicare will not cover telehealth in most circumstances. If you have already scheduled telehealth appointments for after this date, and Congress has not acted, your appointment may need to be in person, cancelled, or you will have to pay for your video visit out of pocket and in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Our Promise to You:

We are committed to providing you with the best care possible. We are closely monitoring these developments and will inform you of any changes that affect your telehealth appointments under Medicare.
