“Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

As we wrap up 2025, I want to thank you for all the ways you’ve shown up this year for our patients, for each other, for our community, and for me. Your warm welcome has made this feel like home faster than I ever expected.

I hope this season brought you a few moments of peace and joy, whether surrounded by loved ones, caring for others here at GBMC, or simply enjoying a quiet cup of coffee between shifts.

A new year brings fresh energy and real promise. New ideas. New opportunities. And new ways to grow, serve, and support one another. I’m especially looking forward to starting 2026 by sharing how your feedback has shaped what comes next. You’ll hear more on this from me and our leadership team the first week of January.

Here’s to good health, meaningful work, and moments of joy in the year to come.

Happy New Year!
